Leasing Administrator & Marketing Executive
Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity in shopping complex management or property management industry will be an advantages.
- Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the property.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property.
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Assist with the productivity and budgetary performance of the Leasing & Marketing department.
- Responsible in all aspects of lease management.
