Key Responsibilities
Manage flight ticket bookings for individual and group travelers across domestic and international routes
Operate GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to search flights, issue tickets, process changes, and handle cancellations
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel regulations
Handle group ticketing requests, including fare negotiation, itinerary coordination, and passenger list management
Communicate effectively with airlines, travel partners, and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations
Monitor flight changes and proactively inform clients of schedule updates or disruptions
Maintain accurate booking records and customer profiles
Support administrative and operational tasks within the ticketing department
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Travel Management, Aviation Services, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) with proven ability to manage full ticketing workflows
Experience in handling group bookings, including fare coordination and logistical planning
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, routing principles, and baggage policies
Proficient in both spoken and written in English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Willingness to work on weekends, or public holidays as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
