Responsible to assist in removing wristband at Exit to prevent re-entering or recycling of wristband.
To delight customers by ensuring them a pleasurable experience by greeting, communicate in a polite manner and exercising graceful guest relation skills.
To attend to customer needs, handle guest related issues including Lost & Found items, feedback and complaints, as well as have a good product knowledge to explain on activities and promotions.
