The position is a customer-facing role where you will work with clients on overcoming cases within the AVOXI product line. In this role, you will be learning the ability to onboard new customers through our proprietary application, learn how to use industry-standard tools, and get exposure to telephony troubleshooting with our carriers in VOIP telephony environments.
