:The Operations Manager/Executive is pivotal to our Operation Department, focusing on Tinting & Dashcam Installation. They will:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure peak departmental performance and achievement of goals.
• Manage operations, maintenance of equipment, and facility oversight.
• Provide regular reports on operational challenges and developments to the Director and Department Head.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in the retail sector is preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership prowess.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Self-reliant with a responsible attitude.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin is advantageous.

• Organize and conduct consistent training for operational staff and technicians across outlets.
