Description Primary Objective: Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams To plan daily work for timely completion of tasks assigned within the set TAT/SLA standards and provide support to Senior Team Member in t Description Primary Objective: Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams To plan daily work for timely completion of tasks assigned within the set TAT/SLA standards and provide support to Senior Team Member in the day-to-day operations of the unit to achieve KPIs set Key Responsibilities: Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams Complete the assigned daily work within the agreed TAT Comply work done within SOP, set policies and guidelines Participate and support in new initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency Undertake other duties including relief as and when assigned Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Finance & Banking, Accountancy or equivalent.
