To participate and assist in the team\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives in deal origination
To assist in execution of live transactions
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Team Heads and Senior Team Member in all aspects of transaction origination and execution
To oversee the work and provide guidance to the Junior Team Member
Prepare presentation documents including pitch books, brief company descriptions and proposals
Build financial models as part of the execution of mandates
Perform research, analyse and write reports on industry sectors and specific companies
Compiling documents for due diligence processes for M&A mandates
General assistance to the Team Heads and Senior Team Member
Updating of operations manual and undertake compliance reporting
Interact with regional offices to support origination and execution of M&A mandates
Prepare mandate letters, information memorandum, etc
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas. Diploma - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas. Professional Certificate - Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas.- \xe2\x80\xa2 CFA program, other professional qualifications, post-graduate degrees would be added advantageAt least 3-4 years related experience
Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word is a MUST
Strong with numbers, ability to build financial models and good understanding of the business environment
Some foreign language ability would be an added advantage
