Description Primary Objective: Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams Ensure Treasury trade deals (FI, MM, FX, SI and Derivative products) are processed & matched timely and accurately for RHB Banking Group (MY, SG, TH & LB) Ensure Treasury trade deals are settled timely and accurately Ensure Treasury trade deals confirmation are sent timely and accurately Adhere to internal and external regulatory requirements/policy, procedures and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams Perform trade validation, checking & confirmation matching for Treasury deals (FI, MM, FX and Derivative products). Interactive communication with internal and external parties e.g. GTGM, clients, brokers, Financial Institutions for effective and efficient receipts of deals\' source document and counter checking with MUREX Check both inward and outward confirmations and perform confirmation matching on Treasury trade deals Preparation and delivery of confirmation letter, advices, statement to customers Prepare response to audit confirmation request from customers / counterparties for Treasury trades Update incomplete transactions in ESSCBOP for Treasury trades Prepare monthly brokerage fee reporting Raise GL accounting entries for Treasury trade related items To support the operations of regional RHB branches during local public holiday To assist Senior Team Member/Team Lead/Circle Lead in BAU and ad-hoc matters To assist other Team/Circle as and when required Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics or other relevant discipline.
