Primary Objective:

• Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
• Ensure all static data are accurate.
• Update the data as and when required and / or new updates are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
• Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
• Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
• Perform creation and updates for new and existing static data in Murex, FINIQ, OCIS and IntelliMatch
• Perform manual checking of the opt in / opt out (PDPA) date in OCIS
• Perform manual AMLAFTA name screening / checking in Murex for RHB Investment customers / counterparties only
• Provide on job training and guidance for fellow new team members.
• Constantly review and identify weakness in the processes and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Provide support to Treasury System and Treasury-related System projects (new and/or enhancement projects) where Static Data input is required.
• Support other teams as and when required

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics or other relevant discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience / Treasury Operations / Banking

• Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate / collaborate with team members)
• Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others\' views
• Good analytical skills and proactive in resolving issues.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Supportive and cooperative towards others
