Company Overview:
A well-regarded manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and electronic products, this firm serves clients across multiple industries. Known for its commitment to quality and operational excellence, they are looking for a Tooling QA Engineer to lead prototype tooling R&D, ensuring quality and precision.
:
- Analyze tooling quality and establish inspection standards.
- Develop 2D prints for new tooling inspection checkpoints based on critical product specs.
- Create CNC CMM/OMM programs for 3D products considering tooling-product criticality.
- Test NPI products and provide quality analysis and improvement reports.
- Collaborate with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure final products meet requirements.
- Implement continuous quality improvements using related tools.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years manufacturing experience
