Job Description


You will be focusing on the development and implementation of competitive reward strategies that align with the Company\'s objectives. You will oversee compensation frameworks, drive talent attraction, and collaborate on new entity integration across HR services. Additionally, you\'ll manage comp & ben data accuracy in HRIS systems and mentor the Senior Rewards Analyst while overseeing team development and key reward-related projects.

  • Reward Strategy: Lead and implement a comprehensive rewards program for APAC, aligning with Company\'s goals and market standards.
  • Policy Development: Update reward policies across pay, incentives, and benefits, ensuring compliance and collaboration with key departments.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee APAC job evaluations, benchmarking, and pay structure maintenance, using data insights for market competitiveness.
  • Benefits Optimization: Enhance and automate benefits enrollment processes with internal and external partners.
  • Annual Compensation Cycle: Manage pay reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • New Entity Integration: Support new APAC entities with regulatory compliance and efficient onboarding into reward frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor the Total Rewards Analyst and manage team expansion.

  • Bachelor\'s degree with extensive experience in international compensation and benefits.
  • 8+ years in HR, ideally in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of job evaluation and reward surveys.
  • Skilled in mentoring, data analysis, and communication, with expertise in HRIS (preferably Workday) and HR policy development.
