Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Itinerary Planning: Develop, customize, and manage travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements. Ensure all travel plans are detailed, accurate, and meet customer expectations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process. This includes communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
Daily Operations Support: Assist in the daily operations of the travel agency, including coordinating with suppliers, handling bookings, and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to travel bookings and agency operations.
Accounting Support: Assist in accounting tasks such as managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports. Ideal for candidates currently studying accounting.
