Possess at least SPM, STPM, \'A\' Level, Pre-U, Diploma, Degree or higher in Business, Management, Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Travel and Tour related industry will be advance.
Remarkable ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, flexible hours during peak season and meet KPIs
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
Proficient in both written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST. As the role requires candidate to engage with mandarin speaking customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Willing to travel outstation.
Willing to attend to customer enquiries & tour support via phone after hours, during weekend or public holidays (emergency services when necessary).
Responsibilities
Handle inquiries via email, phone, social media, face-to-face and live chat system.
Execution and Facilitating the objectives of the Department unit of a company.
Implementation of the plan together with team member.
Manage all assignments and has overall daily operations.
Identify & develop new business opportunities.
Develop strong good customers and suppliers business relationships.
Manage all aspects of travel operations and administration work; such as Reservations, Tour Packaging, Ticketing, Travel Coordination, Verifying travel documentation, Customer Support and Invoicing and receiving payments.
