Greet and assist walk-in customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicle options.
Guide customers through the sales process by providing product comparisons, highlighting key features, and presenting upselling opportunities.
Stay updated on automotive trends, new inventory arrivals, and product updates.
Conduct detailed vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure vehicles sold are prepared for delivery--cleaned, fueled, and in full working condition.
Assist with used vehicle inspections and support the submission of financing documents.
Deliver vehicles to customers, explain key features and warranty information, and complete handover documentation.
Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
Able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, as well as motorcycles.
Good knowledge of car brands, models, and automotive components.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Must hold a valid Class B2 and Class D driving license.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
