Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and accurately record vehicle information.
Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, professional explanations of recommended repairs or maintenance.
Obtain approval for additional work and keep customers updated on service progress.
Prepare cost and time estimates and assist with smooth settlement of accounts.
Ensure vehicles are serviced and ready for delivery on time, performing thorough quality checks.
Support after-sales initiatives including service campaigns, parts backorder follow-ups, and major repair updates.
Maintain professional grooming and appearance in line with Toyota standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification:
SKM Level II, Diploma in Automotive Engineering
, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome;
training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
with a professional demeanor.
Team player with a
positive attitude
and eagerness to learn.
Own transportation and
valid Class D driving license
required.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Able to
work on a rotating schedule
and
commute daily to Kota Kemuning.

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
5 days work in a week
2 off days in a week (based on duty roster)
