Job Responsibilities



Welcome and assist customers, schedule service appointments, and record vehicle details. Enhance customer satisfaction by attentively listening to their requests, seeking approval for additional work, and clearly explaining repair orders. Prepare cost estimates, provide completion timelines, and handle customer billing. Ensure vehicles are completed and ready for delivery within the promised timeframe. Conduct thorough quality checks on all vehicles prior to returning them to customers. Actively support service campaigns, the fix-it-right program, follow-ups, parts back orders, and provide regular updates on major repair jobs. Maintain neat grooming and a professional appearance at all times. Perform any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Job Requirements



Minimum qualification: SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Strong communication skills with a professional and presentable appearance. A proactive team player with initiative and a positive attitude toward learning. Must have own transportation and a valid "D" class driving license. Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be able to commute daily to the workplace in Telok Panglima Garang.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
