Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Welcome and assist customers, schedule service appointments, and record vehicle information. Enhance customer satisfaction by listening carefully, explaining repair orders, and obtaining approval for additional work. Prepare cost estimates, provide timelines, and manage customer billing. Ensure vehicles are completed on time and perform thorough quality checks before delivery. Support service campaigns, fix-it-right programs, follow-ups, and parts back orders, with regular updates on major jobs. Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Job Requirements



Minimum qualification: SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome. Salary based on experience and qualifications. Strong communication skills and professional appearance. Proactive team player with initiative and a positive attitude. Own transportation and valid Class D driving license required. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Able to commute daily to

Telok Panglima Garang.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
