Key Focus: Business Strategy/ GTM/ CRM/ Sales Management/ Project Management of the Trade Marketing Manager: 1. To manage nationwide sales team (merchandisers) for field execution. Lead them to meet goals and deadlines. 2. To manage national trade program strategy and store level activities 3. Anticipate business needs, build the branded retail strategy and determine the merchandising standard 4. Work closely with product development team, to communicating product specifications so that products can be brought to market in an efficient fashion. 5. To manage market product portfolio and focus on disposable vape new product launch. 6. Identification of opportunities for improvement and incorporation of new product features on an on-going basis. 7. To design POSM and Brand-related merchandise (swags/accessories) 8. To develop and manage CRM system (to C/ and to /B). 9. To execute to B/ to C events. Set targets for revenue generation and consistently track and report on KPIs.
