Job Description

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for day to day processing of Import/Export Letter of Credit, Transfer LC and Confirmation LC transactions for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) White Label In-sourcing project and deliver services as per agreed service standards and turnaround times in compliance to applicable policies and procedures governing trade operations.
  • Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) on LC related matters and recommend process improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables such as CBA Operation teams and Citi Technology team on daily operational matters and technology related issues.
  • Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed
  • Develop comprehension of how the cash & trade operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives
  • Candidate is also required to work on Malaysia Public Holiday, able to support staggered working hours/early shift and actively participate in UAT testing or Weekend Sanity testing
  • Candidate is preferred to have 2-5 years of work experience in international trade operations, good communication and interpersonal skills, expected to have good technical skills in trade such as UCP600 and ISBP guidelines, experience in trade system Processing, fast learner and ability to adapt to constant change, able to work independently and a dynamic team player who is able to work in a highly challenging work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Proven system development lifecycle skills
• Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective analytic and presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree or equivalent experience
