Fresh graduate is encouraged, but preferably with working in the similar field.
Candidates from cocoa bean industry would be an added advantage
Experience working with Microsoft office, NAV
Detailed oriented with good communication skills and able to follow up on tasks for traders

Responsibilities

Responsible for administrative matters handling of new trades done by traders
Update all transaction records in the contract management system and check if all data are accurate and complete
Ensure daily operations are on track
Maintain good records of trades/contracts and pricing
Working along with trader and other related departments to resolve pending weight & quality claim
Checking the accuracy of all transaction records for physical cocoa bean, cocoa products and various
derivatives hedging instruments. Verify with respective PIC if the records do not tally.
