Support Trademark process through preparation of the related documents for completeness and accuracy.
Providing pre-filing Search analysis and advice on registrability of trademarks.
Track, analyse and report Trademark and Trademark operation-related matters.
Responsible in updating and monitoring status of applications and liaising with the Malaysia Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO).
Drafting submissions/arguments in response to office actions.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Law, Business, Arts & Humanities or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to use multiple web-based systems.
Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and motivation.
This position is exposed to proprietary company information, so strict adherence to confidentiality policy and protocol is required.
Experience in trademark matters would be an added advantage.
