Job Description
:
- Manage and monitor stock and orders and following the workflow to do top up.
- Monitor and trade Game Currency and Game Items electronically via emails or systems.
- Work closely with Kaleoz Customer Support Associate and customer service teams to complete the order in a timely manner.
- Check and verify the user ID and nickname during top-up.
- Accurately records purchase and sale transactions in systems and Game Currency reports.
- Update trader reports daily and submit on time.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills I.e. using key shortcuts.
- Interest in game development, inquisitive, and proactive to find ways to solve problems.
- Demonstrate initiative to do work effectively.
- Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Able to work in fast-paced work environment.
- Able to do routine & repeated works daily.
- Open to regularly work weekends and evenings in line with the sports event schedules.
