Job Description

:

Develop and implement security policies, standards and SOPs. Manage the security guard (3rd party); staffing, training, performance. Operate and optimize security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms, visitor Management) Daily monitoring the incoming visitor / lorry / vendor into the plant. Ensure the visitor/contractors comply with our PPE requirement in Plant. Responsible for badge distribution including giving a guidance to visitor. Being a company representative (spoke person) for any site visit. Verify visitor / vehicle IDs, driver credential. Load documentation and permits. Ensure accurate, compliant weighing and recording of inbound and outbound vehicles (recorded by Security guard). Perform daily check and report equipment faults, prevent fraud and error (double weighing, tapering, overloads, etc). Reconcile daily weighbridge record with inventory and transport documents. Control site access and direct vehicles to the correct loading / unloading bay. Responsible on the traffic flow coordination and management. Report incidents, near-misses and non - conformance to HSE Manager Coordinate with security company, warehouse, production, engineering to maintain flow. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirement. Responsible to maintain record related to security, weighbridge. Coordinate incident response; threat, theft, workplace violence, emergencies Support HSE manager from time to time when it is needed.
Job Requirement :

? Language: Intermediate in English. Any other language is a plus

? Attention to detail and data accuracy

? Integrity and fraud-awareness, sound judgment under pressure.

? Communication with drivers, plant teams; conflict handling

? Computer literacy

? Traffic flow coordination and time management

? Basic mechanical/technical aptitude for equipment checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
