Job Description

• Accurately record well pressures/data
• Assisting wireline operator to rig up wireline lubricator, stuffing box and B.O.P\xe2\x80\x99s for wireline activity
• Assisting wireline operator to accurately prepare and make up wireline tool string for wireline activity
• To attend briefing session with Field Service Manager at least 1 day prior to going to offshore
• To attend de-briefing session with Field Service Manager immediately after returning from worksite
• Mobilizes wireline units from platform to platform and from platform to base (KSB) in a safe and correct manner
• Assisting Wireline Operator to maintain :
• Functionality and integrity of wireline unit and power packs
• Functionality and integrity of sub-surface control equipment and accessories
• Functionality of wireline tools, integrity of tools connections
• Maintain a tool inventory and spare parts availability
• Inspect the quality of wire to be used for wireline activity
• Inspect wireline tools/accessories and carry out function test at surface to ensure they are functioning perfectly and the used of correct size/type tools for the job to be done
• Take accurate inventory of wireline tools, spare, consumables, hand tools and other accessories within the packages every trip/assignment
• To conduct onsite equipment routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Check validity of equipment certification conformance such as MPI\xe2\x80\x99s, Sling expiry date, Hydro test and etc.
• Mandatory attendance to briefing and de-briefing with Field service Manager prior to going out to worksite and upon returning to base from worksite
• Mandatory attendance to all training session organized by the company by the company either in-house or external
• To be on standby while on offshore day off for possible requirement to perform equipment maintenance or other activity at warehouse
• Adhoc special projects as required by the management
