Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and manuals. Monitor trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, and evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance. Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs. Ensure training sessions align with company standards and operational requirements. Maintain accurate training attendance records and reports. Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and company policies.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in training, facilitation, or coaching is an advantage. Ability to manage groups and maintain high engagement. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
