Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and strategize brand education calendar in synergy with the launch marketing plan and sales strategy
• Develop education program according to respective business needs and marketing plan
• Organise and plan all key technical refocus animations and launches with Marketing as well as tracking of all center trainings and in salon trainings
• Planning and execution of academy and salon education classes, hair shows and seminars
• Manage and conduct all new salons haircare, hair therapy and all colors classes over a period of substantial course program; this includes hands on practical and theoretical test & role plays for all salon stylists.
• To lead, co-ordinate and organize any trade events pertaining to education and hair shows/seminars/workshops etc
• Upkeep the cleanliness, quality and standards of the Education Institute
• Conduct color model trials with hair colors and other new products with clear result analysis and comparison vs competitors
• Support the growth for the core categories of the business - hair color and haircare in education depth and reach through in salon color request
• Lend expertise to marketing team to conduct PR/consumer events.
• Participate in live shows/posts in social media

Requirements:

• At least 2 years\' experience within the haircare category

• Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Experience in building effective teams
• A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoints skills
• Good coaching, problem-solving, and customer service skills
