Responsibilities:

To execute In-salon demo to ensure salon staff understand fully USP & technical usage of relevant products sell\xe2\x80\x93in.
To periodically review and update training calendar / training program to be consistent with the sales and marketing plan.
To work closely with sales and marketing team to organise new products launch
To update local training contents / workbooks and to make translation, as and when required
To update latest hair trends, techniques and competitors information in coiffure market.
To develop good customer relation and provide high standard of technical knowledge to salons partners.
To act as the contact point for education related questions / issues
To provide necessary support and feedback when testing new products

Requirements:

Professional diploma in hairdressing / hair stylist with 3 years of relevant working experience.
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills both in verbal and written
A team player, motivator and pro-active
Hands-on experience in conducting education courses and strong problem solving skills
