We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will be
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical training curricula and materials
Conduct engaging and effective technical training sessions for various skill levels
Assess training needs and design customized programs to address skill gaps
Create and update e-learning content for online training platforms
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy
Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and incorporate them into training materials
Provide post-training support and resources to reinforce learning
Track and report on training metrics and participant progress
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and processes
Requirements
At least 2 years trainer / L&D experience from BPO industry (Customer Service Department)
At least Diploma and above
Fluent in English speaker (US Market Support)
Fluent in communication skills and creative training skills
Able to start work immediately & willing to work on shift
Certified with HRDF TTT course is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
