Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Business Studies, Engineering, or HR/Admin.
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Good communication skills in Malay & English.
Willing to travel and work in different training locations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support all preparations prior to training sessions (materials, logistics, coordination).
2. Assist during training - registration, participant handling, and on-site support.
3. Attend outstation training sessions when required.
4. Manage email and social media marketing to attract new participants.
5. Communicate and engage with potential participants and clients.
6. Prepare training proposals and quotations.
7. Assist the manager with claims and administrative reports.
8. Maintain good teamwork, communication, and professionalism.
