Assist in coordinating the training workflow from training need analysis to evaluation of the training effectiveness.
Work together with the training team to develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.
Administration of Training Record System (TRS) to ensure records accuracy and up to date. Job scope inclusive of Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records
Communicate with respective team on TRS issue resolution at site level and communication and liaison with the TRS Global team.
Administration of training procedures in the document system, including uploading new documents/procedures and change process.
Follow up with the Qualification and re-qualification of those carrying out training (Train the Trainer)
Evaluation and Periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable (NCEP, Audits, etc.)
Participate in training related projects to continuously improve the Training system within the business context.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree level education with relevant working experience.
Possess 3-5 years experiences in the regulated environment and with the Learning Management System administration and production trainer experience are beneficial.
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
Good organizing skill with the ability to generate group dynamic and interpersonal skills.
Good communication: read/write/oral.
A comfort level with presenting and speaking in front of groups.
MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
General aptitude and comfort level with software applications
Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload.
