Job Description
Job Summary
Developing and executing effective training programme that contribute to agents productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training path and training programme that improve agents effectiveness and productivity.
- Ensure training compliance by agents.
- Be responsible to monitor trainings requirements, schedules, execute and support training path for all agency members that is assigned to.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of the training programme and compliance.
- Handle agencies enquiries on training related matters with excellent service mindset.
- Participate in projects / events organised by the Company/ Division.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in any field, preferable in financial institution
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
- IT savvy and computer literate
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Team player
- Service oriented
- Good interpersonal skill
