Sales Training Executive

Job Description


Training Needs Assessment:

  • Assess training needs through collaboration with sales managers, performance analysis, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service to tailor training programs accordingly.
Curriculum Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and resources aligned with sales objectives and business priorities.
  • Create engaging and interactive training content incorporating best practices, case studies, and simulations.
Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training content, engaging participants, and fostering an environment conducive to learning.
Sales Skills Development:
  • Focus on enhancing sales techniques, negotiation skills, objection handling, and closing strategies among sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching and personalized feedback to individuals or teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
Product and Market Knowledge:
  • Educate sales teams on product features, specifications, competitive advantages, and market positioning.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to update training content accordingly.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and participant feedback.
  • Analyze training metrics and performance outcomes to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with sales managers, HR, marketing, and product teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in sales training, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive sales performance and employee development.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
