Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of floor staff, ultimately driving sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Conduct training sessions for store staff, including new hires and ongoing development programs.
- Utilize various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure training materials, manuals, and resources are current and effective.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty and cosmetic products, trends, and industry innovations.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the competency of staff.
- Proven experience in training and development, especially in the beauty or cosmetics retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design effective training materials and programs.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia for training purpose.
- Great Exposure.
