Monitor and handle alarm management & ticket management for the assigned Network Services including enterprise services
To perform all 1st level transmission support & troubleshoot any network failure which consists of various MW/Fiber products.
Has the ability to perform and troubleshoot with minimum supervision from 2nd level, proactive approach in ensuring day to day business are completed well ahead timeline
Conduct network audit, analysis, and monitoring performance to ensure service availability achieves KPI.
High sense of ownership and responsibility, up to ticket closure with quality and within SLA is achieved without any delay.
Perform escalation and notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
Ensure efficient and effective flow of information between shifts during shift handovers.
Proactive follow up on the events/email escalations/tickets with relevant departments or domains working on it as per the process.
Alignment to the organizational guidelines, departmental processes & procedures.
Ensure on service & network availability in all times.
Requirement
1-3 years experience in in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of service networks on LTE & 5G network, including service applications characteristics and capabilities: Service Performance indicators and their interpretation.
Prior experience of working in an NOC is also an added advantage
Basic knowledge of services & applications on 5G nodes & its architecture.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
