Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
- Daily monitoring of drivers attendance, absenteeism and Work Rest Hours and ensuring all drivers records are kept up to date, including Licence expiry/renewal requirements. Conduct compulsory daily Driver de-brief and submit report
- Monitoring of Touch & Go and Fuel usage in insuring compliance, reporting any non-compliance to CM immediately for follow-up
- Maintain and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by Linde and Toll Administration or any reports that may be subjected to change from time to time
- Updating drivers wages activity
- Petty Cash balance for sign off and approval by Contract Manager
Minimum SPM or certificate in business study or equivalent qualification.
Must know how to use MS Office Program especially Microsoft Excel.
Preferably with 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in logistics industry.
Experience in managing drivers will be an added advantage.
