Our client is a leading material handling equipment manufacturing company with 11 factories and more than 70 service locations throughout Southeast Asia and is located in Klang. Role Description: -To ensure that employee travel and expense reports are posted in SAP in time and in compliance with business and tax requirements. -To ensure that team functions smoothly and according to set KPI-s and Service Level Agreement (SLA). -Managing team, workloads and timesheets. -Managing people, assigning tasks, periodical performance evaluation. -Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of posted employee travel and expense reports in SAP according to group/country guidelines and instructions. -Updating FSSC instructions according to local business or country requirements. -Participating in testing. -Creating IT tickets in case of system issues and errors. -Ensure that team functions smoothly and according to set KPI-s and Service Level Agreement. -Overall responsibility for travel processes for all FSSC served countries. -Project management responsibilities, as necessary -Substituting other team members in case of absence. -Other work-related duties may be assigned by management. -Follows the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) tasks in daily work. Compulsory requirements: 1. Experience: a) min 5 years of total accounting experience, if Degree holder, with some experience handling travel expenses. b) min 8 years of total accounting experience, if Diploma holder, with some experience handling travel expenses. 2. Current level: at least Senior Accounts Exec. 3. Willing to work in Klang. 4. Education: Diploma & above in Accounting or Finance. 5. Familiar with SAP accounting software. 6. Have some experience managing juniors. Expected salary: RM4,500 to RM6,300 & Benefits: 5-day week, dental, bonus, coverage for hospitalization, surgical, PA, etc.
