Reservation responsibilities: a. Help clients identify their ideal travel products/services based on their suggestions and requirements. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible and within company policy. b. Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary. c. Stay up to date on travel regulatory & policy for consultation services to client ensuring smooth travel journey. d. Collect payment and compile administration documentations for invoicing process e. Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information. Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately. Requirements: - 1-2 years working experience in travel agency - Familiar with GDS Reservation system - Experience in managerial position will be added advantage - Experience in sales will be added advantage - Able to manage stress and always offer alternative solution to customers - Excellent Customer Service skill.
