Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Petaling Jaya. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging travel arrangements for clients, providing personalized customer service, making reservations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Travel Consultant will utilize various systems and resources to book travel and provide recommendations to clients. Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Customer Service skills with the ability to provide personalized service and recommendations to clients Skills in Reservations and booking travel for individuals and groups Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Proficiency in relevant computer programs and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
