Position Summary: You are responsible to develop and maintain in a single system with a user-friendly interface to book hotels and other travel-related services. You should be responsible to capture all information about orders, invoices, vouchers, and reports is available in real-time. You must make sure that digital inventory such as QR code & Bar code are valid and legit in the system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7Help build up online (OTA\xe2\x80\x99s) and travel business activities. \xef\x82\xb7Maintain online system/website with digital stock e-tickets. \xef\x82\xb7Maintain and check hotel rooms inventory via backend system. \xef\x82\xb7Actively seek out new digital travel sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media \xef\x82\xb7Share qualitative content on different social media channels. \xef\x82\xb7Create, send, and answer email campaigns via system and digital capabilities. \xef\x82\xb7Set up online meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. \xef\x82\xb7Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services via internal system. \xef\x82\xb7Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. \xef\x82\xb7Staying current in the industry by attending online travel educational opportunities, online travel conferences, and travel related workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. \xef\x82\xb7Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences \xef\x82\xb7Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the market \xef\x82\xb7Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections via online and system. \xef\x82\xb7Collaborate with team members to achieve better results \xef\x82\xb7Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams \xef\x82\xb7Sell extra revenue items such as online travel insurance/events/air products.
