The Treasury Analyst will create, compile, finalize, analyze, and maintain all treasury related reports, provide synthesis and view along with coordinating with business stakeholders for different requirements and clarifications related to treasury reports. Core Responsibilities: Creating Treasury specific reports for APAC as per the scheduled reporting timelines Analyzing reports, providing summarized view for APAC region and commentaries when required Collaborating with retained organization stakeholders for data gathering and compilation Answering queries from retained org and Corporate Treasury regarding the reports published and related data Performing reconciliation across data systems and resolve mismatches Preparing daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reports for respective entities Preparing Forex gain/loss calculation from hedges or Foreign currency intercompany loans for review and accounts booking. Providing ad-hoc information and other support as requested by RO or Corporate Treasury Identifying and implementing opportunities for reporting consolidation, simplification, automation and advanced analytics Supporting with any system enhancements related to changing the templates and format of system generated reports Supporting on FX currency maintenance, and Treasury related FX revaluation, transactions. To assist on Accounts Receivable tasks, like cash posting, issuance of non-trade billing, and customer selling pricing update as required. Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements: A diploma/bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 1-2 years of work experience in Finance/Banking, open to fresh graduates Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (preferably, as this role requires support for China) Desirable requirements: Proficiency in data management and analysis Working knowledge of cash flow management Working knowledge on foreign currency exchanges and hedging Required behaviors and skills: Self-motivated, detail oriented and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build consensus and foster positive relationships. Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
