Job Description

• Work together and liaison with banks regarding import and shipment documentation arrangements.

• Facilitating and preparing finance papers to guarantee that business activities are funded in the most suitable and affordable way

• To help with the everyday transactions for managing the Treasurys funds.

• To provide assistance with currency monitoring, hedging, and related paperwork.

• To aid in coordinating with bankers for the examination and submission of bank facilities.

• Checking and compiling bank recommendations, contracts, and related information for publishing by the accounting department.

• To help with the weekly drafting of Treasury and Finance reports.

• To help with data collection for projecting financial flows.

• To help the account department put together and prepare schedules and reports on a weekly and quarterly basis.

• To support and aid AP operations.

• Any additional jobs that the management deems relevant.

• Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting or any relevant field of studies.

• At least 3 or more years of experience working in the Treasury function.

• Possesses a thorough understanding of accounting and financial operations and a commitment to staying current with financial rules.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and practical expertise with financial applications.

• Possesses technical skills of knowledge in treasury functions, general accounting knowledge, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent Interpersonal and analytical skills , Detail-orientated, and resourceful.
