In this role, you will analyze and review various types of user-generated content and address issues flagged by users or the system.

• Assess, categorize, and/or remove content based on client guidelines, utilizing designated tools and channels.
• Stay informed about evolving client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and address intricate content issues, and communicate findings to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Act as a representative for the user community.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training and participate in workgroup discussions for optimal role development.
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to help maintain the safety of our communities.
