Role Tasks & Deliverables:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the delivery of initiatives in line with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s control and governance framework

\xc2\xb7 Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all project deliverables, artefacts and approvals are stored in a structured discoverable format for future recovery and audit

\xc2\xb7 Prepare for project audit where necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively maintain project library for quality and completeness, including auditable approval trails

\xc2\xb7 Govern artefact standards

\xc2\xb7 Prepare, manage and maintain, and track quality of key project management artefacts such as project schedules, risks and issues registers, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan and project plan

\xc2\xb7 Provide effective support including meeting scheduling and minute taking, team and stakeholder liaison, representation at meetings, coordination of programme activities

\xc2\xb7 Prepare status reporting as required for stakeholder requirements, and programme office and QPR/MPR engagement

\xc2\xb7 Implement governance standards, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of project deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Work with all workstream leads to identify and document within the segment all tasks to the required level of detail, including start and finish dates

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring Clarity is up to date including initiative data, status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies

\xc2\xb7 Cost management activities aligned to investment fund initiatives, ensuring that cost information relating to ongoing project initiatives is robust. This includes, working closely with scrum masters and scrum of scrum leads to understand their budgeting & forecasting, as required

\xc2\xb7 Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times

\xc2\xb7 Compliance with all applicable Rules/Regulations and Company and Group Policies

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of IT landscape of a large financial service organizations

\xc2\xb7 Strong Knowledge business intelligence / data modelling and analytics tools and techniques

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of basic accounting terminology and cost allocation, service pricing and recharge processes

\xc2\xb7 Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise

\xc2\xb7 Highly analytical and can quickly visualize data flow and underlying dependencies from bird\xe2\x80\x99s eye perspective

\xc2\xb7 Logical skills, to be able to understand logical if statements and understanding of various datatypes

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with command over spoken and written English

\xc2\xb7 Able to work diligently and meticulously meet firm deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Keenness to learn new tools and techniques quickly - on the fly, on the job, on the go

\xc2\xb7 Able to handle difficult situations calmly and can consistently deliver tasks which includes report creation to mapping configuration using Apptio

Risk Management*

\xc2\xb7 Identification of Dependencies and tracking through Jira

\xc2\xb7 RAID updates to RF/MPR/QPR

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Data Quality for Risk Management is of high standards

Data Quality

\xc2\xb7 Proactively closing data quality gaps for the Initiatives and Epics in Clarity and Jira

\xc2\xb7 Follow up on Initiative closures, ensures all relevant documentation is available & all milestones are closed, etc

Management Reporting

\xc2\xb7 Ensure RAID reporting, Financial Reporting, CRA (Go-live reporting), Squad and Resource reporting are provided timely and accurately

\xc2\xb7 Ensure source systems are updated timely to enable automated reporting

\xc2\xb7 Provides accurate cost and resource information to Hive Leads, Central PMO, Refinement Forum/QPR/MPR

Financials Management

\xc2\xb7 Maintains budget plans and ensures all budgets are correctly set in Clarity

\xc2\xb7 Assists in updates on monthly costs plans, re-forecasting activities & variance analysis and reporting

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with Technology Finance team for various reporting

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate Capitalization of Project costs

Governance*

\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 10 years of PMO experience in large and complex, multi-geography projects / programmes

\xc2\xb7 Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community

\xc2\xb7 Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual

\xc2\xb7 Ability to think clearly and to resolve critical problems in a high-pressure environment, ability to work under pressure

\xc2\xb7 Strong MS Excel, Microsoft Office/ Project skills

\xc2\xb7 Good in influencing skill

\xc2\xb7 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability

\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goal. Is confident and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Clarity & ECM standard

Qualifications*

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

\xc2\xb710+ years of experience in PMO

Major portfolio / project management experience in a leading role or as a PMO

\xc2\xb7 PMP or CSM Qualified

\xc2\xb7 A \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude committed to doing \xe2\x80\x98what it takes\xe2\x80\x99 to deliver

\xc2\xb7 \xe2\x80\x98Agile\xe2\x80\x99. Whilst not being the subject matter expert, having the ability to learn quickly, listen, synthesis the issues and articulate clearly for senior management with recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills; PowerPoint, written & oral Financials management. Budget tracking, planning, forecast and variance explanations

\xc2\xb7 Diligent and detail orientated

\xc2\xb7 Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders

\xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of all aspects of Project and Programme Management

\xc2\xb7 Analytical / critical thinking skills

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the banks Governance standards, Finance/Business management, Project lifecycle and related documents

\xc2\xb7 Tools: Experience of Microsoft Project, Clarity, PlanView, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence or other project management software is an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the banks Portfolio / Refinement Forums / Initiative level Governance standards
