Come join us and be a part of our digitalization journey. Objectives of the Position In this role, you will support the voice and video related topics together with global services providers. You're taking over a solution consulting and caretaking role for our internal business partner. You will represent UC in all matters relating to projects, major upgrades, incident and change management activities, working alongside internal BASF teams and our external partners. As one of the major contacts for UC topics in APAC you built up a network within and outside of BASF. Besides the technical understanding of the general telephony environment, you should understand the Cisco and Microsoft setup within the BASF to work with the experts on optimizations and challenges in the region. Steering and monitoring our service providers is one of the major tasks of your daily business. You will work with a global team of architects, service integration and provider steering colleagues with different responsibilities in an agile way. Main Tasks Act as a Global / Regional representative of BASF Digital community, supporting BASF Digital roadmap, helping to identify, execute and implement customer-centric digital solutions in an actionable and measurable way. Support Voice and Video Related Projects together with Global Service Provider Solution Consulting for Business Partner Gather and document requirements in an agile way Use an agile tool-stack Administrative work, monitoring, designing of solutions Find and optimizes solutions for operational processes Continuous Service Improvement of Unified Communication Service Voice and Video Provider Steering Escalation Management Change and Incident Handling Requirements Education Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field Working Experience Minimum 4 years' related working experience T e c hn i c a l & P r o f e ss i o n a l Knowledge (Mandatory) Knowledge in the Microsoft O365 area regarding MS Teams voice and video or similar, like Skype for Business Analytical capabilities Extraordinary hands-on mentality and engagement as player in global team Experiencing Agile way of working or agile implementation approach Strong Digital mindset to accelerate BASF Digitalization transformation journey Fluent English, also written, with strong communication skills ITIL knowledge mandatory, ideally with a certification (optional) General knowledge of known and leading Cloud Services and Cloud architectures Good sense for IT Security and legal considerations in Cloud Services, supporting a risk-based security approach by design Open for new, creative ideas, strong team player and will for keeping up-to-date with the permanent changing Communication and Collaboration market A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve. Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe. Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
