Fluent in Mandarin (Speak and Listen)

Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
Willing to work at 7am - 3am rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)

Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s services
Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
