- Bachelor\'s Diploma/Degree in accounting/ finance or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting & financial management experience.
- Experience in monthly payroll & statutory payment processing.
- Familiar with SQL accounting & payroll software.
- High attention to detail & accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prepare & present the financial statements, budgets, forecast & tax returns.
- Supervise & manage the accounting team & external auditors.
- Monitor & analyze the financial performance & cash flow of the organization.
- Provide financial advice & support to the management & board of directors.
- Prepare monthly payroll & statutory payment with EPF, Socso, EIS & PCB.
- Handling staff record (ie: Annual leave, medical leave & etc).
