- Knowledgeable in Information Technology (IT) & high degree of analytical skills with good working of PC software applications will be addedadvantages - at least a Diploma, in Human Resources Management , BusinessAdministration, Information Technology or any related field.\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in HR background/ HR Generalist.\xe2\x80\xa2 Have solid experience in HR matters and knowledgeable in Malaysia Employment Act.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR related enquiries and provide advice including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, industrial relations, employee relations , training &development.\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for employee\'s off-boarding and on-boarding procedures.\xe2\x80\xa2 To handle employment related correspondence such as trackingconfirmation, resignation, promotion and etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Upkeep employee records and maintaining proper filling system.\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to prepare necessary HR correspondence letter or memorandum.\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage employee disciplinary issues which include issuance of warningletter, show cause warning or termination letter and staff counselling.\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for purchase office equipment, eg. stationeries, pantry items and etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with local labour law (Employment Act 1955)\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable in Information technology (e.g. set up new laptop, formatlaptop, software installing, data connection and etc.)\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is required
