Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Services field (call center is advantageous)
Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
Computer literate
Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Independent, proactive and self-driven
Must able to speak Good English & Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with one (1) hour lunch breaK
Responsibilities
To contact the prospective customers to garner interest to obtain products/services provided by SM, to gather the information and to book appointment with interested customers to meet up with SM\'s consultants.
Calling B2B database (company owners/directors) - provided by SM
Must have telesales experience
