About the Role

We are seeking a

Value Stream Manager

to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across multiple value streams. This role is responsible for managing teams, improving production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operations across production, materials, quality, and safety. Develop and monitor monthly and annual production plans. Align team goals with company strategy, vision, and values. Identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Drive quality assurance initiatives and reporting. Coordinate work schedules across teams. Manage departmental budgets and performance. Build team capabilities through coaching and development. Execute internal communication plans effectively.
