We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Executive, Vendor Experience. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact on the business, then this may be the place for you!

This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

The Vendor Experience Executive will work within the vendor operations teams and is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders across departments to analyze current vendor performance and pain points and improve the ways we interface with our vendors.

• Building a vendor ecosystem that provides a seamless experience and value-added services for foodpanda vendors to allow them to thrive and grow.
• Responsible for measuring and taking actions on the VNPS every quarter and formulating product strategy to resolve key pain points.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive SLA for any vendor issues or escalations.
• Responsible for key company projects whereby you are required to strategize and execute through multiple stakeholders.
• Responsible for project execution to increase the overall adoption of content among our key accounts.

• Enrolled in or completed diploma/degree in any field
• Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• Diligent and with analytical thinking - think data!
• Ensure that deliverables meet the timeline given with quality standards
• With knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector, driven and ambitious
• Seeing independence, flexibility and speed as important as international experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams across departments
• Experience with Microsoft Office ( Microsoft Excel especially)
• Proactive and independent
• Good level of English (written and spoken) required
• Thinking outside of the box to predict and prevent the upcoming issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and form strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders
